The staff was understanding and polite. The restaurant was pleasant for breakfast, I tried excellent dishes. The bedroom was comfortable.

The room was brand-new and nicely furnished with a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the private bathroom. The continental breakfast was good, for my taste. The location was particularly good and ideal, close to everything you want to explore, in the green area.

The situation in town (perfect). The rooms (large, clean and comfortable).
The cleaning of the room (sometimes insufficient in a long stay). The limited appliances in the kitchen (no stove and pots).

Our suite had a nice view and a very comfortable bed. It was really nice to have a couch to sit on and we were really pleased to have a fridge and microwave to use.

Clean & apparent safe area near metro centre
Main entrance closed at an early hour and people hanging around using intercome trying to get in but being refused for good reason I'm sure but not a comfortable feeling for people who must activate the key at same location these people are pleading over the intercom systemBegs the question, why is the door looked at an early hour, thinking about 11;00 PM on a Saturday

Location is good. Room was spacious
Location is good. price was was very high. breakfast was crazy busy, although staff did try to keep up, there weren't enough of them. Had to pay extra for yogurt. Bedside light missing a bulb. Extra bed we ordered was finally delivered but we had to put sheets on ourselves. Hot tub was dirty.

The harbour view for only $10 upgrade
Breakfast room got very congested at certain times, especially around the very slow moving toaster.

We loved the spacious suite that was perfect for our large family, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Breakfast had a great variety which pleased the kids, and the location made it easy to explore the city.
In my wife's opinion, the kitchenette lacked proper utensils for family meals. It would be great if they provided plates and cutlery wanting to prepare food.
